Fisetin from Cotinus Coggygria, natural source, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Rice Concentrate, Vegetable Cellulose Capsule Shell (HPMC).

Take 1–2 capsules per day with a meal containing healthy fats. Alternatively, you may want to explore the Mayo Protocol, which involves taking high doses of fisetin for two consecutive days each month.

Fisetin is fat-soluble, meaning it is better absorbed by the body when taken with a fat source. This can be a meal or a healthy snack, such as avocado, yoghurt, coconut, or extra virgin olive oil.

As fisetin is an antioxidant, we recommend to avoid taking it around periods of resistance exercise or weight training, as it may reduce some of the workout’s positive effects.
